How do I receive my digital download?

After purchasing your digital download and giving all details to Chic Celebrations, you will receive a draft to approve to your email. Once the product is finalized to your liking, you will receive a digital download via email to print or share out as you wish. :)

Can I customize your templates to match my preferred colors?

Yes of course! All of our digital downloads are customizable by color to match your wedding color palette, bridal shower scheme, or any other event theme you wish to use the digital download for.

When can I expect to receive my digital download?

We understand you may be making a last minute purchase, no worries! We offer a 48 hour turnaround time, unless purchased on a weekend (weekends are a 72 hour turnaround time).

Do you offer printing services?

Yes, if requested! We currently outsource print but hope to offer in-house printing in 2025! We can also offer printing company recommendations if you prefer to print on your own.

Do you offer custom project requests?

Absolutely! We encourage it! :) Contact us to start a custom project request. Turnaround times for custom projects may vary.
